Portugal is a place I’ve been meaning to visit for ages and ages and I'm excited to announce that it's happening in a big way as this is the chosen destination for my Vibrant Horizons summer art retreat..

This exclusive art retreat will be taking place from July 14-21, 2025 in beautiful Casével, Portugal about one hour away from the international airport at Lisbon.
We've named the retreat Vibrant Horizons and it will focus on semi-abstract landscapes in a variety of mixed media.
Inspiration comes from the beautiful Portuguese landscape that we'll be surrounded by at our exclusive use quinta, where there's a dedicated art studio, a variety of accommodation and our own private chef preparing a gorgeous selection of vegetarian and vegan food for us, all served with refreshing local wines at dinner.
There will be visits to the coast and to villages and castles, all perfect for your to unleash your imagination and fill your sketchbook with new ideas.
We’ll be exploring a variety of techniques and processes in water- based media and mono printing that will be combined to create landscape-themed artworks.
